4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery is 3 to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • FuelGuard is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds or exchanges are available only if the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was sent.
  • Non-refundable situations include:
    • Vehicle incompatibility
    • Used, installed, or damaged products after delivery
    • Change of mind
